Through education, economic empowerment, humanitarian relief, and global collaboration, we serve the overlooked and underserved — bringing hope to the hungry, opportunity to the oppressed, and light to communities in need. We exist to be the hands and heart of change, one nation, one family, and one life at a time.
Our Story
Global Relief Foundation for the Nations was birthed from the heart of our founder, David Ikome — a man deeply moved by the needs of others and fueled by an unwavering desire to serve. From a young age, David carried a passion for helping people and a calling to be a vessel of God’s love. Whether feeding families, funding community projects, or offering words of hope, his mission was simple: to bring joy, dignity, and the fullness of life to those who need it most.
What began as a personal commitment — often funded entirely from David’s own pocket — has grown into a family-led foundation rooted in compassion, service, and faith. Alongside his wife and sister, David continues to lead with humility and purpose, forming a united team devoted to creating lasting impact across communities in the U.S., Cameroon, and beyond.
Together, we serve not for recognition, but out of obedience — to be the hands and feet of God on the earth, lifting up the broken, empowering the overlooked, and bringing hope to the nations.
What We Do

Through community support, women’s empowerment, education, and global outreach, we meet real needs with compassion and excellence. Families Impacted: Over 500 individuals and households supported through food distribution and outreach
Community Events: 15+ outreach efforts, networking events, and community gatherings hosted across 3 regions
Women Empowered: We’ve hosted empowerment sessions and formed strong networks to uplift and equip women for success
Ongoing Growth: Our reach is expanding as we continue to build life-changing programs, including our upcoming Braiding Academy and international partnerships
